Initial Consultation
Start with thorough discussion to understand client’s requirements & goals, we will conduct a site visit and taking measurement of the selected site. Feasibility input shall be given of each site selection.
Conceptual Design
Our team will come out with proposed layout, prepare innovative concepts which focusing on design, align with the client’s brand identity and functionality enhancement. plan The owner and design-build team collaborate to define the project's scope, budget, and schedule.
Design Phase, Budget Discussion & Material Selection
We will carefully choose the materials and finalize layout plan which meets client’s expectation. Our design team will develop detailed designs & drawings such as Furniture, Partition, M&E Layout include production drawings for client’s approval.
Cost Estimation & Design Perspective
Our team will provide costing which will list out the project’s scope of work, project schedule and including preliminary designs perspective
Final Inspection & Handover
Post renovation inspection will be conducted together with client & building management to make sure everything is delivered as per expectations. All final documents such as As-Built Drawings, FSSD Approval, Electrical Single Line Diagram, etc will be submitted to client and Building Management as a closing.
Construction Phase
To transform all approved drawings & design into reality by our project team under tight supervision to ensure the quality of work and enable to deliver the renovation work according to the agreed timeline.
