In 2018, we are looking for contractors to do renovation for our office and I was asked to obtain at least 3 quotes for comparison. I google to source for the office renovation contractor and I scroll down my mouse in the center of the page which Singapore Interior Pte Ltd impressed methat they build a better office.

I was surprised to see a lady (instead of a man)  personally came down to take measurement of our office layout and our request. She is very detalling and covers every corners of the jobs that need to be done. I have compared other contractor’s quotation (taking into consideration every conrners jobs) with Singapore Interior: It is still within our budget thus I have decided to try them out for our office renovation.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Singapore interior Pte Ltd for their work in designing our office at No.10 Changi South Lane, #04-01. Their design captured our requirements and provided the desired result we were looking for.

We were very happy with their knowledge and the compllancerequired for the office renovation. The design was congnizant and with the additinal requirement or changes imposed: we were provided with clear visuals and practical solutions for any queries or change we wanted to make.

The Company has previously engaged Singapor Interioe for some minor reconfiguration sometime in end 2018. So for this round of office renovation, we have extended invitation to Singapore Interior to quote. With its prompt response, competitive rates, and ability to cover the scope of the works, we have awarded the job to them.

Site recce was also arranged very quickly, and we were at ease in putting the works to Singapore Interior’s Professionalism and expertise. The knowledge and compliance required were and evident as well.

Despite the ever-changing regulations made during this diffcult period, we appreciate that Singapore Interior managed to complete the entire renovation within the stipulated timeline although the request to bring forward the works were tight and unexpected . Singapore Interior did a phenomenal job with both of our offices here at the Westech building. We were very impressed with Singapore Interior from our first engagement with them, all the way to the completion of our offices.

In june of 2011 we signed leases on two bare office spaces here at Westech. Singapore Interior gave us a very prompt and thorough quotation for the complete outfitting of both spaces. We sought quotations from two other vendors, and we ultimately chose Singapore Interior. Their designers hah the most creative ideas for our space, they were the most professional in their approach, and their pricing was right in line with our expectations.  Your staffs actually co-ordinated and managed the whole project very well from the beginning of RFP, negotiation, design details confirmation until the completion of the projects.

During the design process, they made several trips to our office and worked patiently with us through several adjustments and revisions to our plan. Their graphic design capabitity was extremely helpful, as they offered up artist depictions of all of the spaces which made our decisions on how to outfit the space much easier. it also allowed us to share our ideas with our home office in the US for their approval. Once we finally had everything the way we wanted it, they began their work. the progress during construction was right on time with their estimates. They were also very flexible and made small adjustments as we requested, on the go. We also visited their offices during the construction in order to finalize on the furnishings, which they had on display there.

Our offices were completed to our 100% satisfaction, and today we thoroughly enjoying our new workspace! Our entire experience with Singapore Interior was excellent, and they exceeded our needs.
